I have held certifications from companies such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Citrix, ITIL, Disaster Recovery International, and more.

  • Flexible: I do not claim to know everything. In fact, I’ve always said I only consider myself an expert at one thing–troubleshooting and problem resolution. Not being an expert is actually why most clients have worked with me over the years. I have a very wide range of skills having obtained a degree in electronic engineering combined with over three decades of field experience. This experience allows me to tackle most any challenge while having the wisdom of knowing when to say when.

I was CEO of the Fastest Growing Company in Greater Louisville, Kentucky in 2020 with over 609% growth in three years.
