Below is probably what you expect to see on a website for an IT consultant. Can I do those things? Yes and I can do them very well. The bottom line is, can I help? I do not like to be the “necessary evil” for someone so if I’m doing work for you, it needs to be beneficial to both of us. I can and want to do so much more than just be someone you call if your Internet is slow or if you can’t print.

Business owners who know their operation well know what areas they wish they could improve. Anyone that thinks their business can’t improve or be more efficient is almost always wrong. I want to positively impact your business and help improve your operation.

See those logos down there? I was one of the first quarter-million people certified by Microsoft all the way back in 1995 and two years later I wrapped up my MCSE. ITIL Foundations was actually boring and somewhat difficult because I had developed my own methods of continuous improvement. Security+ was helpful at the time, but the most secure user is an educated user. Disaster Recovery? Everyone thinks it won’t happen to them.

The certs don’t really mean anything. They used to carry a little weight but I worked with many people who held the same certifications and were idiots so who am I to say I’m great because I’m “certified” in a topic? Back then you had to have the certifications to prove your worth but the proof actually comes in the results.
